Laser cutting for parts requiring exceptional edge quality and tight tolerances. By using gatorboad for our models creates a lightweight accurate model. Gatorfoam is a lightweight, rigid display board with a polystyrene core and white surface. The core is very dense and firm and the surface is a wood fiber veneer laminate impregnated with resin for water resistance.
We do not have products in stock, but we do have a laser cutter in-house to make the parts for our ships. These parts include stands, vents, decks, structures, and even details.
